Appleton Christian School employs Tribes TLC®, a new way of learning and being together. A Tribes school is a learning community where teachers, administrators, students, and parents enjoy the mutual respect and caring for growth and learning. Students learn best when they are involved in the learning process. Tribes provides the format for students to work together, learn together, and experience community together.
“Appleton Christian’s use of Tribes Learning Communities enhances friendships and cooperation while decreasing bullying beliefs and behaviors. Because students are safe, there are few discipline problems, and teachers spend less time on classroom control issues, students learn more and do well academically.” ~ Kathy Koch, Ph.D., President, Celebrate Kids, Inc.
