The following programs will be offered for the upcoming school year:
- Before and After School Care
- Pre-Kindergarten Enrichment Program 3/4
- All-day or partial-day Kindergarten and First through Fourth Grade
- Middle School including Fifth through Eighth Grade
In addition to a traditional classroom approach, we offer a strong foundational emphasis on phonics and reading, using Open Court, composition and grammar, using the Shurley Grammar Program, and math, using Saxon math in middle school. ACS also provides relevant, required course work in science, social studies, and Bible. Foreign language, using Rosetta Stone software, drama, speech, art, computer, music, and physical education are also part of the balanced curriculum provided for all students. Students who evidence a strong ability and desire to move ahead in reading and math are provided the opportunity for accelerated education, while remaining in their age-appropriate grade. The middle school curriculum includes a highly successful language arts program. A Christian world view is integrated into all subjects and activities throughout the school day. Students may also participate in extracurricular sports.
